Your account access will continue until the end of your current billing period, even after refund approval.
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication. Filing a dispute should be a last resort.
Customers with active subscriptions beyond 14 days are not eligible for refunds unless there are significant service issues.
